Is there a minimum order?
Yes. For our digital tissue paper, the minimum order is 2 sheets of tissue. There is no minimum order for our digital gift bag product.
What are the artwork file parameters?
You can upload the following file types (.png, .jpg, .eps, .gif, and .pdf). For the best quality, we recommend using a file with 300 dpi or higher. If you upload a bitmapped file (.png, .jpg, .gif) you will then be able to resize and crop your image to fit how you would like.
Can I upload my own design?
Our Pre-made Design product is meant for customers with a little more design experience. These files must be either a high res .jpg (300d dpi) or .pdf and will have to be PRESS READY. This means they must contain proper bleed, outlined fonts, and be completely laid out as intended. We have sample .pdf files that visually portray how to properly setup the files for each size of tissue paper. It should be noted, these files will go directly into production and will not be able to be edited once the order is submitted.
What is the Art Uploading Process?
For our “Step & Repeat” and “DigiWrap Templates” products, the process is as simple as selecting what file you would like to upload. For these products you can upload the following file types (PNG, JPG, EPS, GIF). For best quality we recommend using a file with 300 dpi or higher. If you upload a bitmapped file (PNG, JPG, GIF) you will then be able to resize and crop your image to fit how you would like.

Why is there a white box around my logo/image when I change my background color?
This is because you have uploaded a bitmapped image (PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.) with a white background. If you do not wish to have the white box show up when printing, you will have to upload a file that has a transparent background (EPS, PNG, or GIF). If you are unable to do this, then the next best solution would be to print your image/logo on white tissue paper without a background color.
Is there a shipping cost for my order?
Yes. The cost of shipping will vary based on size of your order and the shipping address. Estimated shipping prices can be viewed in your shopping cart prior to checking out.
Can I expedite shipping?
Yes. You can select from a variety of FedEx shipping methods. Please note that the time associated with the shipping method you select does not start until production has been completed.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 3 to 7 business days. If you wish to expedite the production of your order, we offer a 2-day rush option that is applied per product. Please note: Any order submitted after 12:00 pm CST will not begin production until the following business day.
Are there different tissue sheet sizes?
Yes. There are 4 different sized sheets to choose from. You can download our Sheet Size Comparison guide for reference of the sizes available.
Can Digiwrap make a design for me?

Can I see a proof prior to ordering?
For all of our printed products, you will be able to view a 3-D visual representation of your design as you create it. This will serve as your proof, so please ensure that your order is accurate. Please note: Once your order is submitted, no changes can be made.
Can you print copyrighted artwork?
No. DigiWrap reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion if it is deemed to infringe on any copyrighted material.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping in the US and Canada. If you are located outside of our current shipping zones and are still interested in our services, you can still purchase our product internationally via our partnership with Zazzle. Here's a link to get you started, zazzle.com/digiwrapit
Is your tissue paper food grade or food safe?
No, our tissue paper is NOT intended for use that requires direct contact with food items.
