What's the minimum quantity I can order?

There are no minimum quantity restrictions!

Is there a shipping charge for my order?

Yes, the cost of shipping will vary based on size of order and shipping address.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, you can select from a variety of FedEx shipping methods. Please note that the shipping time associated with the shipping method you select will start once your order has been completed.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada.  If you are located outside of our current shipping zones and are still interested in our services, you can still purchase our product internationally via our partnership with Zazzle.  Here’s a link to get you started,

What is the turn time?

For all of our products (except traditional tissue prints) we require 3-7 business days to produce your order.

Are there different sheet sizes?

Yes. There are 4 different sized sheets to choose from. You can download our Sheet Size Comparison PDF for reference of the sizes available.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. This can be done by clicking on the “Your Pre-made Design” product and uploading your artwork there.

Please note that this file must be press ready. You can download a sample PDF file with specifications for your desired tissue size. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your press ready file.

What is the Art Uploading Process?

For our “Step & Repeat” and “DigiWrap Templates” products, the process is as simple as selecting what file you would like to upload. For these products you can upload the following file types (PNG, JPG, EPS, GIF). For best quality we recommend using a file with 300 dpi or higher. If you upload a bitmapped file (PNG, JPG, GIF) you will then be able to resize and crop your image to fit how you would like.

Our “Pre-made Design” product is meant for customers with more design experience. These files must be either a high res JPG (300 DPI) or PDF and will have to be press ready. This means they must contain proper bleed, outlined fonts, and be completely laid out as intended. We have sample PDF files that visually portray how to properly setup the files for each size of tissue paper. It should be noted, that these files will go directly into production and will not be able to be edited once the order is submitted.

Why is there a white box around my logo/image when I change my background color?

This is because you have uploaded a bitmapped image (PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.) with a white background. If you do not wish to have the white box show up when printing, you will have to upload a file that has a transparent background (EPS, PNG, or GIF). If you are unable to do this, then the next best solution would be to print your image/logo on white tissue paper without a background color.

Can Digiwrap design a sheet for me?

Not at this time, but contact us if you need help.

Do I get to see a proof?

For all of our digital tissue prints, you will be able to view a visual representation of your design as you create it. This will serve as your proof, so please make sure all of your design components are as you intend.

Can you print copyrighted artwork?

No. DigiWrap reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion if it is deemed to infringe on any copyrighted material.

Is your tissue paper food grade or food safe?

No, our tissue paper is NOT intended for use that requires direct contact with food items.
